In 2020, B-Classic and Vonk 3 selected three musicians to be part of an artistic residency programme at Studio Classic. On Saturday 19 March, Benjamin, Jasmijn and Michiel will present the results of this programme.

EUGÈNE ET LA BRIQUE PILÉE
To play or be played? The score for Eugène Ysaÿe’s cello sonata solo is ready. Like an objet trouvé from 1924. Memories of great virtuosity are deconstructed and distorted into an amorphous and electroacoustic soundscape. When new lines are drawn, will the virtuoso cellist of yesteryear be left behind? Or will a new narrative emerge? The game begins.
