Ramsey Nasr (Rotterdam, 28 January 1974) is a Dutch poet, writer, essayist, actor, director, librettist and translator of Palestinian origin.

He grew up in Rotterdam, attended drama school Studio Herman Teirlinck and then joined Het Zuidelijk Toneel. After a brief stage career, he made his debut as a poet in 2000. In his work, he often broaches social issues.

In 2013, he picked up his theatre career again and joined Toneelgroep Amsterdam, asked by Ivo van Hove.
In 2020, Nasr played the role of Ischa Meijer in the drama series about the love affair between Connie Palmen and Ischa Meijer, based on Palmen's novel I.M., released by AVROTROS. For his portrayal, he received a Golden Calf for 'Best actor television drama'.

About the Dutch culture, he writes "This nation hangs together from paradoxes and the only thing this nation is one in is hysteria. I rebel against people's enormous realisation that they have missed out on all sorts of things for centuries and the feeling that this has to be made up in one lifetime by swallowing XTC, bungee jumping, and voting LPF."

In "Nasr compacter", in which the author collects the best of 20 years of poetry, he opens with his first poem as "Dutch poet of the fatherland": "I wish I were two citizens (then I could live together)".
